Overview
You get one take. The room does not reset.
You spent months building the talk and years earning the stage. When it ends, the only thing that travels is the footage. A phone on a tripod at the back of the room does not travel. Blown-out stage lighting, room audio full of HVAC hum, and one flat angle will not convince a bureau or a meeting planner that you own a room.
RTW covers keynotes for speakers and conference producers across 100+ cities. We patch into the house audio board, shoot from three angles, and hand back a library you can pitch with for two years, not a single recording you watch once.

Our Process
How a keynote shoot actually runs.
Pre-event call and shot plan
We map your talk length, the stage layout, the moments that matter most, and what your reel needs to prove to a bureau.
AV and audio lock
We arrive early, find the AV lead, and patch into the house board feed with a backup lavalier. Bad audio kills more keynote footage than any other single factor.
Multi-camera capture
A locked wide, an operated close, and a roaming angle depending on package. Photography runs in parallel so you are not choosing between stills and video.
Audience and room
Reactions, applause, and the scale of the room. Planners want to see a room believing you, not just you talking.
Post-session interviews
On Legacy, we capture on-camera testimonials from organizers and attendees while the talk is still fresh.
Edit and delivery
Full recording synced and corrected, reel cut for pitching, vertical clips for social, and photos in an organized gallery.
Why It Matters
One reel books the next twenty stages.
A single paid keynote often exceeds the entire cost of capturing it. Organizers and bureaus decide from the reel, frequently inside the first thirty seconds. That makes the reel a sales asset, not a memento. Speakers who capture properly compound. Speakers who do not spend every year re-earning stages on the strength of a paragraph.
What's Included
Every package, every time.
Selected Work
Keynote moments, captured.
For Planners
Booking coverage for someone else's keynote?
Planners and conference producers book these packages too, often as a sponsor-funded activation or a speaker perk. Keynote coverage folds into full conference photography and video on one contract, one COI, and one on-site lead. If your keynote speaker has asked whether they can record their session, this is the answer.

Common Questions
Good to know before you book.
Three packages. Stage is $1,450, Signature is $2,950, and Legacy is $6,450. Stage covers 2 hours and delivers the full recording, a recap video, and photos. Signature adds a branded speaker reel and raw footage. Legacy is a full speaking day with a bureau sizzle reel, interviews, and a portrait set. Travel is quoted separately outside our five markets.
Usually yes. Most conferences hold rights to the room and the program, so get written permission early. We work within whatever the organizer approves, including audio-only board feeds or limits on showing the audience.
Their footage serves the conference, not you. It is usually one locked angle, delivered on their timeline, in their branding, if it is delivered at all. Ours is yours, cut for pitching.
Next-day photo highlights and a full gallery within 3 days. The keynote recording and reel land within 14 days. Expedited social cutdowns are available, and Legacy includes one delivered same day.
Yes. You get full commercial usage rights on every photo and clip for your website, social channels, and bureau submissions. Signature and Legacy include all raw footage.
We travel nationwide. Travel is quoted separately and added to the package price.
Yes. Book signings, breakout sessions, meet and greets, and post-session interviews can all be added.
